Welcome to Twin Noakes

See what happened when my identical twin sister and I decided to put the High Carb diet and LCHF diet to the test under the guidance of Professor Tim Noakes.

This original project Twin Noakes 1, during which I took on the High Carb diet and my sister took on the LCHF way of eating, was followed by Twin Noakes 2 where I swapped from the High Carb diet to the LCHF eating plan in order to double check our findings.
