Here are my final body measurements. I’m pleased to see that things are stabilising again after my foray with too much spinning and not enough toning. I haven’t spun since seeing the effect on my muscle/weight/fat but may well add in a class here and there just for fitness sake.
As I sit here on this cold winter’s morning, my thighs are stiff after a particularly tough leg session I did on Monday and my butt is a bit tender after a fast forest walk with my BFF yesterday. I’m completely sold on muscle training and so if anyone looks for me at the gym I’ll either be in the weights floor or the TRX/stretching section
